What is your minimum order?
24 pieces on most decorated apparel, with capacity to 10,000+ pieces for larger runs.
How long is turnaround?
Standard turnaround is 8–10 business days from receipt of all goods and approvals. This does not include shipping transit time. Rush service is available — contact us for availability and pricing.
How fast do I get a quote?
Quote responses go out within 1 business day of receiving your details.
What artwork formats do you accept?
Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. We also accept 300 DPI+ raster files.
Do I need a purchase order to start?
Yes. A signed purchase order is required before any order goes into production.
Will my customer know you printed the order?
No. Every order blind drop-ships under your packing slip, nationwide. Your clients are your clients, and we keep it that way.
Do you do fold, bag, and tag finishing?
Yes. Finished goods can be folded, poly-bagged, and tagged to your specs before they leave the dock.
