The Process
From Your Desk to Your Customer’s Door — in 5 Steps

Send Your Design
Submit your artwork files — vector preferred (AI, EPS, or high-res PDF) — along with your color count, garment specs, and estimated quantity. Not sure about your color count? No problem. Send what you have and we’ll work through it with you. We’ll review everything and respond with accurate pricing within 1 business day. No estimates that balloon into surprises later.
💡 Tip: The more detail you share upfront, the faster we can get your quote back to you.

Submit a Purchase Order
Once pricing is confirmed and you’re ready to move forward, send us your Purchase Order with all the order details — garment breakdown by size and color, shipping address, requested in-hands date, and any special instructions. We’ll send back a written order confirmation so there’s a clear paper trail and you know exactly where things stand. No verbal agreements, no miscommunication.

Approve Your Digital Mockup
Before we burn a single screen or mix an ink color, we send you a digital proof showing exactly how the artwork will be positioned, sized, and printed on the garment. You review it, your client reviews it — whatever your approval process looks like. Nothing goes to press until we have your written sign-off. Need revisions? We’ll adjust and re-proof until it’s exactly right. This step protects everyone.
💡 Tip: Faster approvals mean faster turnaround. Loop your client in early if possible.

Drop Ship Your Blanks to Our Warehouse
Ship your blank garments directly to our Las Vegas facility. We accept drop-shipments from all major distributors — S&S Activewear, SanMar, and others. Once your blanks arrive, we’ll confirm receipt and log the inventory against your order so there’s no confusion. If there are any discrepancies — wrong sizes, short counts — we’ll flag them immediately before production starts so nothing delays your in-hands date.

We Blind Ship to Your Customer
Once printing is complete and every piece has passed quality control, we pack the order and ship it straight to your end customer — using your branding on the packing slip. There is zero mention of Nu World Graphics on the label, the box, or anywhere inside. Your client receives a professional order that looks like it came directly from you. We track the shipment and send you the tracking info so you can follow up with your client like a pro.
